There are things in our lives that we turn on, use and eventually shut down. Once they are off, they are no more the same thing. They just stand there waiting for their next duty such as our computers, washing machines, TV’s, radios, printers etc… But how about ourselves. Since we don’t have a “shut-down” button somewhere, when do we actually rest. In our sleep? Maybe if we have a good one. But what I personally would suggest is to meditate. Not only just half an hour session before we go to sleep but I’m talking about developing a meditating life style as living the “moment”.
Shut down your regrets about your past and shut down your anxieties about your future. Never let them invade your “NOW”… Carpe diem!
